It has sure been a crazy week here - Alyssa had practices and performances 5 of 7 days last week. It was all well worth the trips to Flatwoods and Bridgeport. Her baton/pom group took home 8 state championships and 2 runner-ups. The Premier Dance Studio Spectacular was Awesome!!! Her ballet class did a wonderful job and the rest of the show was stunning. We were surprised when we opened the program to see a full page ad of Alyssa that was purchased by many of the employees at Pratt and Whitney! Thank you to all of you who did this for us - it was truley special and brought tears to our eyes!!! Also thank you to Chrissy Musta and Angela Chapman for the other ad!!!
I have attached photos - enjoy:)
I received some more info about her tests. Below is the email from her doctor. This makes us feel much better about the "new spot"!
Urines are normal. Thats great.
The MIBG report actually talks about new spot being in the bowel: which is normal; so along with normal urines, it is reassuring.
Aspirates not back: they have a backlog in the lab.
Dont see any need for more tests.
I'll email again when there is more to report!
Thanks for all the prayers!!!
Paula
